Here you will find our conditions and further details for your vacation in the Tyrol at the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof, the Tennerhof Luxury Chalet Suites and the Landsitz Römerhof Apartments.
Our valets are always available to park and retrieve your vehicle. Covered parking as well as sufficient parking spaces are available free of charge for use by our hotel & restaurant guests. Three universal electric car charging stations are available for a fee.
The local tax of € 1.80 per guest per day is included in your rate. Children and teenagers up to 15 years are exempt from the local tax.
Our rooms and suites are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive early, you may of course use our Spa de Charme and all other amenities of our luxury hotel in Kitzbühel.
Our rooms and suites are available until 11 am on the day of departure. If your departure is later on in the day, we can store your luggage for you so that you may take advantage of all other benefits of Kitzbühel and our hotel.
Dogs are welcome to stay with us. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurants or our chalets, nor in our wellness area "Leading Spa de Charme". We will also gladly organize a dog sitter for you. We charge € 30 per dog per day (excluding food) for this service. We ask that you let us know when you make your reservation.
In winter we are happy to offer you our free Tennerhof Ski Shuttle Service from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We will gladly drive you from the Tennerhof to the Hornbahn cable car, to the Hahnenkammbahn cable car as well as to downtown Kitzbühel. In summer we offer a free golf shuttle to our 4 surrounding golf courses. Of course, we will also bring you back quickly, safely and worry-free to the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof, the Tennerhof Luxury Chalet Suites or the Landsitz Römerhof Apartments.

The reservation is binding as soon as we have your written confirmation with credit card guarantee. A deposit is sometimes required. We accept the following payment methods:

No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival. Special rules apply for selected packages, promotions, high season dates and offers. In case of cancellation, late arrival, early departure or no show, the following cancellation rates will be charged on your booking:
Up to 7 days before arrival 50%
Up to 3 days before arrival 75%
In case of late cancellation or no-show 100%

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings. The cancellation conditions of the hotel apply.
