Children’s half board is only available with pre-booking; on-site ordering is à la carte.

Half board can only be booked for the entire stay and not per day. No refund will be given if not consumed.

Gala evenings are not included in half board and require a surcharge. For children aged 1–3, meals are charged à la carte; from 16 years adult price applies. Regular half board is not available on these evenings.

Do you want to be flexible and independent on your holiday and therefore need a rental car? No cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival. Between December 23rd and January 2nd and during the Hahnenkamm Race, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. Special rules may apply for selected packages, promotions and offers.

In case of cancellation within the 14-day cancellation policy, in case of late arrival, early departure or no show, the following cancellation rates will be charged:

Free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
13 to 7 days before arrival 50 %
6 to 3 days before arrival 75 %
In case of late cancellation or no-show 100 % 

In the case of the 60-day cancellation policy, 100% of the arrangement will be charged for cancellations within 60 days before arrival, in case of late arrival, early departure or no show. Additionally, a deposit of 100% is required up to 60 days before arrival during this period.

Our non refundable best rate can not be cancelled or modified and there is no refund on the pre payment amount.

We highly recommend taking out a cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance company: Hotel Cancellation Premium

According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, Article 16, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to hotel bookings. The cancellation conditions of the hotel apply.

The local tax of €5.00 per person per night (as of 01/02/2026) for guests aged 16 and over is NOT included in your rate.

The local tax is levied in accordance with municipal regulations and may be changed at any time.

These prices include bed and breakfast in the parents' room for 2 or more full-paying guests in a double room/apartment, for 4 or more full-paying guests in the family rooms/apartments and for 6 or more people in a chalet.

Our valets are always available to park and retrieve your vehicle. Covered parking as well as sufficient parking spaces are available free of charge for use by our hotel & restaurant guests. Three universal electric car charging stations are available for a fee. 

Shuttle Service for Our Hotel Guests

During the opening hours of Hotel Tennerhof, we offer our guests a comprehensive shuttle service:

In winter, our complimentary ski shuttle is available daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We will take you comfortably from the Tennerhof to the Hornbahn, the Hahnenkammbahn, the Element 3 ski school and rental, as well as to the center of Kitzbühel.

In summer, we provide a free golf shuttle to the four surrounding golf courses in the Kitzbühel area. We are also happy to take you to the Element 3 bike rental.

If you are arriving by train, we will of course be happy to pick you up from Kitzbühel’s main train station and take you back there on your departure day.

Dogs are welcome to stay with us. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurants or our chalets, nor in our wellness area "Leading Spa de Charme". We will also gladly organize a dog sitter for you. We charge € 30 per dog per day (excluding food) for this service. We ask that you let us know when you make your reservation. 

Our rooms and suites are available until 11 am on the day of departure. If your departure is later on in the day, we can store your luggage for you so that you may take advantage of all other benefits of Kitzbühel and our hotel. A late check out can be booked against a fee.

Our rooms and suites are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive early, you may of course use our Spa de Charme and all other amenities of our luxury hotel in Kitzbühel.
