Your trip to Kitzbühel

Visit us in summer or in winter - the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhof is always worth a visit! Kitzbühel is located in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps and can be easily reached by car as well as by train. It is also possible to arrive by plane. How about a helicopter ride? So you can enjoy our wonderful Tyrolean mountains from the air! 

Arrival by car

Kitzbühel is easily accessible by car. The vignette required for Austrian highways is available from automobile clubs, gas stations and border crossing stations. For winter travel, you should expect snow and ice and equip your vehicle accordingly. 

  • Onsite parking at the hotel 
  • three universal electric car charging stations (for a fee) 
  • covered parking spaces 

Between Kiefersfelden and the highway exit Kufstein-Süd you DO NOT need a vignette.

Arrival by train

For those who want to travel without traffic jams, comfortably and environmentally friendly, we recommend traveling to Kitzbühel by train. Direct trains operate regularly from Austria, Germany and Switzerland trains directly to the main station in Kitzbühel. 

Ask about special offers, attractive tickets are available from all train companies. 

We are happy to pick you up from the train station in Kitzbühel if required. You can arrange your pick up by phone or email. 

Arrival by plane

For travelers arriving by plane, the following airports are available: 

  • Salzburg (55 min.) 
  • Munich (100 min.) 
  • Innsbruck (55 min.)  

Upon request, we will gladly organize your transfer to and from the hotel in Kitzbühel. Please contact our reservation staff by phone or email. 

Arrival by helicopter

We will gladly organize a helicopter flight for you. Both for your arrival / departure and for a day trip from Kitzbühel.
