Authorized to participate: Anyone over the age of 16 can play. Participation from 16 years. Employees of Pasquali GmbH & Co. KG and their relatives as well as employees of the companies involved in this game and their relatives are entitled to participate but not to win. The legal process is excluded.
Exclusion of participation: We reserve the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the raffle who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process, the system and/or the raffle/pages and/or violate the conditions of participation or common decency and/or otherwise attempt in an unfair and/or dishonest manner to influence the prize draw.
Draw: The winner will be drawn after the closing date for the competition.
Winner: The winner will be determined after the conclusion of the competition and notified in writing. The prize is not transferable to third parties. A cash payment of the prize is excluded.
Liability: Any liability of Pasquali GmbH & Co.
