The 35-year-old is a native of Bregenz. His training completed Stefan Lenz in Gasthof Rose in Hatlerdorf in Dornbirn under Josef mirror, but only in the La Fenice Hotel Arlberg in Lech deepened his craftsmanship. There he showed top chef Franz Riedler how "still a bit more out tickles from the product." His cooking style he describes himself as regional with international accents. In his outstanding creations Stefan Lenz combines the natural flavors of the best in the region with creative features. Stefan Lenz was able to gain on his many travels and stays abroad diverse influences of international cuisine: He spent two years in Australia and the USA and 6 months in the internationally renowned top restaurant Vila Joya in Portugal. Especially the time in Australia he regarded as very influential, because he there "worked all kinds of different nationalities and from each a little bit tired" with has. He is firmly convinced that we can learn from each people something - if only, how not to do something. The cook who he is today, it was mainly through "the great man" who he had met in the last 16 years at home and abroad.
