“The best of the season – inspired by nature” – Thomas Dreher and his team lend their own personal touch to culinary delights by preparing food delicately and focusing on the inherent flavours of the excellent fresh produce.
At the Tennerhof we place particular emphasis on using purely organic products from local producers and suppliers. Milk, butter and cheese come straight from the nearby farmers in the Kitzbühel Alps. The fruit from our garden is made into jam and served at breakfast in our restaurant. The herbs from our herb cottage garden promise and undreamt-of diversity of sensuous aromas, spicy flavours and healing properties.
The outstanding cuisine of Thomas Dreher, he is one of Austria´s youngest top chefs, was awarded 1 Michelin Star and 3 Gault Millau toques 2008.
