- roast saddle of venison in poppy seed biscuit, elder-cabbage with nuts-noodls
- roast saddle of lamb with ratatouillefond, eggplant rolls and goat cheese gnocchi
- poached beef filet, porcino and white beans, taleggio-truffle potatoes
